Great service. Had a small chip in my windscreen, and needed to get it done during my lunch at work. In at 1pm and back to work at 1:40. The receptionist even did a three-way call with my insurance company to make sure the repair would be covered at no cost to me. Professional environment, nice staff, all in all a good experience!

I had almost given up on ever finding outstanding customer service again but the people at City Auto Glass proved that it still exists. Two ladies at the front desk handled phones and customers in a busy offrice with pleasant helpful attitudes. The works was done in quick order and they are more than fair with their pricing. I will definitely be doing my glass business with them in the future.
