I am very impressed. Smooth experience. The employees here are extremely friendly, and thorough. I ended up getting a defective windshield, which is not their fault, but they changed it immediately with no extra charge. I would recommend this to anyone above any other place.
May 22, 2017 - And another chapter;
Windshield hit by gravel on the freeway. This resulted in a small 'ding' on the surface of the glass, but minimal cracking. I brought it in to Safelite on Michigan St. in Duluth. They handled all the phoning to get the repair covered by my insurance. What really impressed me though was the enthusiasm of Kyle who did the repair. He was very friendly, and explained the whole repair process as he did it. The result was a repair that completely restored the look of the windshield. Very professional. Kudos to Kyle!
Safelite didn't have the window in stock, but they told me to come in to get the open gash sealed over the weekend. It rained about 2 inches, but the car stayed dry. Monday I was supposed to come in to Safelite for the new window to be installed, but I had to work unexpectedly. Andrew brought the repair van over and repaired it while I worked. Fantastic service again!
The service tech did a great job, efficient, despite being the only person in the shop, he got me in and out in a short time, while adhereing to product guidelines. Excellent customer service too!
I stupidly drove with an unsecured lawnmower in the back of my SUV. It smashed out the rear window.
Great service all around. Fixed our shattered window, cleaned up the sharp glass & cleaned the windows. The guys deserved the tip an I think they deserve more for their dedication to the job. Thank you safe lite for making our family vehicle safe again for my family.
