Improperly diagnosed a neutral safety switch as a starter issue and returned the car with wires still disconnected and switch still out. When I brought it back in after being stuck on the side of the road, they dragged their feet and made excuses but did get the car repaired to where it would start. 4 days later car would not start, and when I got under the hood they had overtightened the connections so much trying to get me out quick the second time that they pulled the connecting bolts right out of the lead terminal clamp. Don't go here unless you have a kia under warranty.
Great service
This past week, I had my alternator die and my battery was unable to start the car. Under AAA's advisement, I brought my car to Freeway, and was told as a AAA member I would be given 10% of any labor and a 2 year warranty on the service. Like other users experiences, they dragged their feet through the mud all while charging many times above average labor cost. They ended up keeping my car in the shop for 5 days for a 3 hour fix. When I finally got the call to come in, their entire shop was at a stand still at 2 in the afternoon. Obviously this is as much an episode of FRIENDS as it is a mechanic. Not only that, but they had the gall to tell me it was 5% for AAA members, and only after repeating myself twice that it was in fact 10%, they finally relented and gave the discount. Don't go to this shill of a shop.
