This store is focused on excellent customer service. I recently bought tires and the wrong size was ordered. Without hesitation they offered an upgraded tire they had in stock at the same price. In 15 minutes I was back on the road. They'll have our business for years to come.
They are often busy but they work as quickly and efficiently as possibly. When wait time is extensive, they are up front with customers about it. Great service - the only place I go for my tire needs!
I visited at a very busy time, but everyone did a great job in working to see that every customer was well taken care of. The waiting area is reasonable for this type of service shop, and the complimentary wifi was very enjoyable while waiting for my vehicle.
Great service, very polite and knowledgeable. I did not feel like I was being talked down to or targeted for extra charges. I was there for tire rotation and that took way longer than I was initially told. I got there at 3:10pm and finally got my car back at 5:50pm. I was told about an hour wait. Other than that I can't complain.
