We had a major problem with our roof. The edge of our roof was drooping all the way around. Empire Roof sent out Marlin right away. A very fair contract was written up. The work began the next week. They did a great job, completely redoing our roof. They were great cleaning up. The roof looks fantastic. I would highly recommend this company.

When we noticed moisture on the ceiling of our sons bedroom this winter we had 4 other companies come out to take a look and help us try to figure out the problem. They just gave us bids to replace the roof, thought it could be condensation from the alternating temperatures or from an ice dam (there were none). Derick from Empire Roofing was the only one to locate the problem!!! We had a large hole in our roof right above the area of moisture. It was obvious that none of the other contractors even tried to locate the problem!!! It was concluded this was a result of storm damage and therefore was an insurance claim. Derick was patient and very helpful in navigating the process. Our roof was replaced in a single day! Clean up was not an issue and Derick followed up to ensure we were satisfied with the process and final product. I can't recommend them enough! Derick will take good care of you!
