Don't trust this place with anything important! Last year I paid to have them package a heavy item for shipping via UPS. It arrived pulvarized and I had to refund the $750 to the eBay buyer. I was also out the cost of the "packaging" and shipping of $126. More recently, I dropped off two small packages with postage/tracking labels already printed, to go out via US Mail. I dropped them off on the 20th, but according to the tracking, they weren't mailed until the 29th. So I can't even drop off letters there anymore!
These guys were so helpful and so polite. I walk into the store on a rainy day with a giant White Tail Deer mount that I'd just purchased. I don't know the first thing about taxidermy or shipping that sort of thing, so I was flustered and excited and just generally overwhelmed. Plus this mount weighed more than me so I really was an odd sight.
Two days earlier I had called the Mail Room and asked for a quote on what the price would be to ship Mr. White Tail Deer from Duluth to Los Angeles. The gentleman on the phone gave me an estimate in about 30 seconds, and when it came time to actually ship it, his estimate was only about $2.50 different from the actual shipping cost. Spot on!
The guys in the store explained the shipping process to me, and told me how they'd build a custom box, make the deer very comfortable, and have him shipped to his new forever home in about 7 days. I was sad to hand Mr. White Tail Deer over to these mysterious strangers, but I knew he'd be okay.
I come here almost everyday to mail out packages. They are always polite and friendly. All my packages get shipped out on time and with no damage! Great little hidden gem.
The best east/central mailing option no one seems to know about.

When I got back home to LA, there was my box sitting ready for me! With eager hands I opened it up to see that my deer, which I named Dave, had been perfectly packaged with the greatest level of care. Even his nice antlers were unharmed.
Now Dave is mounted on the wall of my guest room, and I have all my thanks to give to the Mail Room. Without them I would have been that awkward person on the airplane with a white tail deer mount on the seat next to me, and my husband completely ignoring my existence out of pure embarrassment.
