This place is literally falling apart. I parked here for two years for convenience sake but had to be very careful about where I parked to avoid holes in the ground, crumbling ceilings, and best of all leaks from upper floors that stain your vehicle and can only be removed from glass with a razor blade. The elevator does not go to all floors and was this way for the last several months I parked there. They also have tarps placed around to catch where the ceilings are falling apart, but the pigeons have created large nests in these areas. Calling this place a disaster would be an understatement.
