This is best storage facility I have ever had. Clean, Modern and secure. I would highly recommend the facility in Duluth. It was a great experience while storing our house hold goods in a climate controlled facility for about 5 months . Scott, Ely, MN

I have a storage unit here and the place is very clean, secure, maintained exceptionally well. They are a little bit expensive but I think the added security is worth it.
Prices are competitive and the storage areas are very clean. Tracy, in the office, was very helpful and friendly. She made me feel welcome. LRS offers online pay which is very convenient. Security was satisfactory as well. I would definitely recommend LRS should you need to store items in Duluth, MN.
The storage space is nice but the customer service is lacking. I vacated my space and let them know but they kept sending me failure to pay notices. I called to ask what was going on and I've only had rude responses in return. I personally will be taking my business elsewhere.
