Went for a date and have to say, pretty great! Everything was good except for how loud the previews and commercials are. You can't talk to the person next to you without having to shout. This wouldn't be a problem if you get there right before the movie but if you're early you're pretty much forced to either sit in silence or shout right in their ear. Would come back, but not for a date.
Movie part is great! Good snacks, comfy theater. Bartender at the take five lounge was super rude and hostile. I would rate the theater a 5! The lounge a 2 max.
I come to the movies a lot, and I really love all the new upgrades! Especially now that I can reserve seats. (Works great for when people try to sneak into movies and take seats). Also all the employees that work at the bar are friendly! I never have a bad experience.
We got to the movie a half an hour early to get a good seats to see Star Wars. We went in and were one of the first people there. We grabbed great seats, then about 15 minutes later some people came and told us that we were sitting in their seats, and explained that there was assigned seating. We moved to our assigned seating, which was in the second row. While sitting there with our necks craned and our eyes crossed, my wife and I left 10 minutes into the previews, both with headaches.
My family and I went to see a movie here earlier today and we were very disappointed. We spent over $40 on food and $35 on tickets and waited over 20 minutes past the showtime for the movie to start. The movie attendants later came and told the theatre it will not show due to technical difficulties. They gave us free movie certificates since it was cancelled, but we are from out of state so it was useless. We tried to get a refund for the $35 spent from tickets and we were denied the refund because we did not have our original tickets. So instead of enjoying a movie, we wasted 2 hours driving to the theatre and $35 for no movie. The customer service was extremely poor and it seemed like the person that wouldn’t give us a refund, did now know how to do their job. Overall it was a very disappointing experience.
