I brought two vintage motorcycle ignition switches to them to have keys made for them. The key codes were stamped on the switches so they should have been able to cut new keys. They had them for 3 weeks and I decided to go back and check on their progress, they made keys for one switch but had broken the electrical connector on it from taking it apart which shouldn't have been necessary if they used the code. This was pointed out to them but I received the deer in the head lights look, no gee were sorry, but this is what you owe us instead. And while there dealing with me some guy walks in needing help from across the street and start talking to him and ignoring me. I was told the codes didn't come up on their computer, I've checked online from two separate locksmiths that cut keys from the codes and they are valid and the keys can be made, simply amazing!! Thankfully I got their before they tried to make keys for the other switch which was really the most important one. In a nutshell these guys need more education in their trade and how to run a business, find someone else!!!
Called in just to ask if they could help and I explained what car I have. First thing the guy responds with is Yuck. Very unfriendly. If you are trying to run a business this is not the way to go about it.
They were nothing shy of exceptional, they helped me get new keys for the roof rack of my car after losing them. And they did it for 1/10th of the price of the manufacture! Very satisfied!

My girlfriend and I were locked out of her car on a cold night and so we gave this guy a call. He said that it would only take 30 minutes to get to us and it ended up taking 45 minutes. He asked how we were and I told him that we were cold and he brushed that off and told us that he wasn't cold. He got the job done but was late and rude to us.
