I love Cash Wise! They always seem to have a great deal going on, especially on items I didn't know I needed/wanted. I always leave there with more than I went in to get. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable too.
I felt that the shift manager was totally rude. I requested that they call Sam's to verify that my receipt was for bottles and she said..."No, I'm not calling them." So I decided to leave without purchasing the items in my cart and told her that I have been a long time customer and would not return. POOR customer service. Then I drove to Sam's Club and gave them my money.
Usually I'm very happy with cash wise, but I called to see how late the store was open on new years and the woman who answered interrupted my question to tell me they were open until 10, I said thank you and she hung up without saying anything else!!!! Rude
I wasn't so sure about Cash Wise because the name made it seem a little sketchy, but I was completely proven wrong when I step inside. Clean, friendly service and a great selection. They even have some of our favorite beers from the UP of Michigan!
UPDATE: Cashwise once again matches Sam's Club receipts with a happy attitude! THX!
I went to Cashwise on August 30th at 3:00 PM. They would NOT price match my purchase even with a receipt, because my receipt did not specify bottles or cans from Sam's Club. So the shift manager called the Store Manager and they denied my price match request unless I purchased only cans.
Good prices and selection, same tasting, great beer selection. Shelves a little disorganized and some prices marked wrong or bottles in the wrong spot, lots of parking and great location and cheap prices
