This UPS Store has helped me out with a number of school projects, not to mention all the times I needed to ship something. They are the best at what they do, and the staff is great to work with!
I work with Dan at this store somewhat frequently and he and his coworkers are always quick to help and seem to know most of their customers by name. The print jobs they do are always done accurately and at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Dan and his team!
I have spent the last two years being an absolute pain in the neck of a customer. I don't mean to be - it's just that I call last minute and want everything done now, and done right. Tyler, I think he's a manager of some sort at the UPS store on Arrowhead - he never flinches. He just politely records my order and gets it done - always on or shocking before my deadline. I appreciate the staff at this store very much - they have saved the day for me on numerous occasions. I strongly recommend them to anyone who needs printing jobs done quickly and correctly. Also - emailing orders in and picking them up the same day feels like magic to me. So cool.
