So...I've read a lot of the reviews on this business. I just want to say I wish the best to all of them, i had an overall pleasant experience there. At the time, i wasn't the most receptive and understanding in helping me, i don't know help myself? Lets be honest no one can really change you, and if you ever think about going here remember its more about you wanting to change than it is anyone forcing you. Most of the people here are just upset about one thing or another and you know, that's okay. I give this place an A- and 5 stars. if you're reading this, give them a call.
Did not send documentation in a timely manner. This caused chaos and confusion while trying to get a loved one into treatment.
I would highly recommend their DBT program and I miss it dearly. I made nice friends and I enjoyed the therapists I had. I also liked the receptionists. I enjoyed going into see smiling faces even when I was in a bad mood. :-) They are very welcoming.
Do not use Nystrom unless you are independently wealthy.
I have a good relationship with my therapist there, but have had issues with the doctor and billing, once was assured that I would not be billed for a cancelation 23 hours before my appointment (policy is 24 hrs) but had to fight them to to drop it. Also the last straw was that my meds refills were up and Walgreens put a refill request in on a Sunday. No refill came on Monday after three phone calls throughout the day to try to make sure it would happen.
I was charged over $600 for just my initial visit, which involved a prescription being filled. They billed me for something I did not recieve. Shame on this company.
