I lost my wallet and have called the store 4 times today with no answer. They're constantly standing around and I have literally never been offered help. They always give you dirty looks when you bring in stuff to sell to them.
AND the girls behind the counter were snarky and rude! They also explained why they didn't want my clothes and my friends clothes. They said it was because they were out of date. Bullshit. A big F U to platos closet duluth!
I order from this Platos closet a few times a month and I'm in love!!! All the clothes I have gotten from them are in brand new condition, the prices are unbeatable, and they have so many higher end brands! Everyone that works here is so good at what they do and the owner Luann is so sweet and helpful. Highly recommend!

Did not get greeted at all, not one person talked to me. Visited store 11/29 at 6:25pm.
They took none of my name brand clothes. Some of which I BOUGHT FROM THEM a 2 months before! They took 2 items of clothing from the top of my bin and none from my friends bin!!! She had new silver jeans in there!! Dont bother selling your items there. They give you 50 cents for shirts which is such a rip off. I've had this experience MANY times there. They have SO SO MANY old crusty hollister and ugly non-name brand shirts and clothes from YEARS ago for $8 which is way to expensive for those pieces of crap. I miraculously found a sweater I liked and they were charging $16 for it!!!! Not to mention there was a hole in it! Ugh!
