Stewart's has the worst customer service in town. No one acknowledges you are there - if they are busy, I get it, but someone still should greet you and say we'll be with you shortly or something like that. Not Stewarts'. . After 10 minutes, I left. This is not the first time it has happened to me there, but it's the last! I like to buy local, but they don't deserve my business. On-line, here I come.
I've been frequenting Stewart's for nearly 25 years. I've always had great service and would recommend it to anyone. Great location for hockey players next to the Duluth Heritage Sports Center. Over the years I've purchased several bikes and just about every piece of hockey gear several times over as our son has moved from Mites through Bantams.
The owner sounds like he's been working on bikes for awhile nice guy btw!!
Great hospitality and the best skate sharping around, but sometimes this one employee messes up sharping them and it vart hard for you to stop on a point, witch is needed in a hockey game
Polite staff, a bit light on the kids bikes, but they do get/have used ones available.
