I have been a member of MCCU for a few months and couldn't be more pleased. I love their convenient mobile options which allows me to manage my finances right from my phone. This is a luxury I didn't have at my previous bank and love that MCCU keeps up with latest technology which makes banking with them all the more convenient.

Everytime I come here I end up waiting a ridiculous amount of time to something as simple as making my loan payment. They need to be better equipped with there number of staff.

These guys make you jump through too many hoops and then always want something more & they limit themselves to utilizing only one inaccurate credit reporting agency to pull your score instead of checking all three major bureaus.
Excellent customer service. I spoke to Elizabeth about an issue I had with on online transaction. She was extremely helpful and understanding of my situation. I was very satisfied with her customer service and it made my day a whole lot better.
